Cielo Residential Community

Developed by Cole West, Cielo is a seven-phase residential community offering over 200 homesites in one of Southern Utah's most desirable locations. Nestled near Quail Creek Reservoir and Sand Hollow State Park, the community features a mix of single-family residences and nightly rentals, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Pine Valley Mountains.

Gilbert Development Corp is handling all site infrastructure, land development, and mass grading across all seven phases of the Cielo community. Perched above the Sand Hollow Reservoir, the site's lava rock and caliche layers demanded heavy ripping before any grading work could start. The terrain presents unique challenges that require precision earthwork and careful grading to preserve the natural beauty of the setting while creating build-ready lots.

Cielo's amenity package includes a full-amenity clubhouse, resort-style pool, and extensive trail systems that integrate the community into the surrounding landscape.
