Gilbert Development Corp operates full-service crushing operations from our base in Hurricane, UT, serving projects throughout Southern Utah and the greater western region. Whether you need a portable crusher brought to your project site or require the installation and operation of a permanent crushing facility, our experienced team delivers consistent, specification-grade materials on schedule. Our crushing operations are a critical component of many of the high-volume construction and mining projects we undertake across St. George, Washington County, and beyond.

Our crushing capabilities encompass a wide spectrum of material types and finished products. We produce construction aggregates for road base, concrete, and asphalt applications, as well as specialty landscape materials for commercial and residential projects. For mining clients, our operations extend to precious metals processing, metal and nonmetal ore crushing, and preparation of feedstock for magnetic separation and milling operations. We also produce washed products that meet stringent specification requirements for critical infrastructure applications.

Safety is paramount in our crushing operations. All employees working in our crushing facilities are MSHA-certified (Mine Safety and Health Administration), and our operations are supervised by experienced personnel with decades of crushing and processing expertise. We maintain rigorous dust control programs, full permitting compliance, and proactive equipment maintenance schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations at every site.
