Gilbert Development Corp operated this site with industrial-scale equipment to produce construction-grade aggregate materials for projects throughout Washington County and the broader Southern Utah region.
Our operations at The Ranch 2 included gravel pit excavation, crushing, and material processing. The facility utilized heavy industrial equipment to extract, crush, and screen raw materials into specification-grade aggregate products used in road construction, site preparation, concrete production, and other civil construction applications.
